			<description><![CDATA[Interesting. At Cont level the funding started getting blocked around 84/85. Through 82 - 84 in the UK three of us did a hugely successful Book 1 campaign on a tight budget. We tracked the bookbuyers and really looked after them. And surprise! The Orgs were flooded with new public. The newly created PDO (planetary dissem org) under the Hawkins backed us up with ideas and generally life was good. It all started geting unmocked in about end 1984.]]></description>
