I used to be staff at Flag and I so hate how when his birthday was around the corner the Flag President`s office staff would wait around at treasury on pay day and get money out of all staff -No One Excluded - even if your 50.00 dollar a week allowance was cut to a third of that! If they did not see you at Treasury they would go out of their way to find you so could make your "donation to COB" and then we would be presented with "what our donations bought". I remember a couple of times Bikes being bought for him. Taylor made suits, scuba diving gear and underwater filming equipment. Because my pay was cut to about 15 dollars per week (sometimes ZERO) because I was under "ethics" the president office people would have to come and visit some of over a period of weeks until we could "cover our quota of donation" My only consolation now is to see that he has dug a real deep and dark hole for himself and it is only a matter of time until he lands at the bottom of it because he already took the plunge.

I was on staff in Birmingham when Lucy and Hayden were leading the team. The buzz of growth was strong. It was tough out there but the org was tight and we knew we were one of the best orgs in the world. Sad to see it leave the city centre, from what was a prime spot to a difficult to get to, building with zero chance of walk-in students.

There are only 2 LRH references we could find where it mentions - "Ideal Org". And the second one is an exact copy of the 1st one. They are dated in the 1970's. Ron only mentions it, at that time period, as a scene worth looking at as far as what an org should be. He doesn't talk about some massive project to violate his other policies and financial principles and suck $$$ out of parishioners for pursuit of MEST. Later in 1982 LRH definitely stated (339R) that he did want a big booming PRODUCTIVE, SOLVENT org. You know, where staff pay is good and can pay their bills. AUDITORS and CLEARS are produced every week. Lots of staff and fsms to get this done. The churchs would all pay the bills and OWN their own buildings and be doing just fine. He talked about DOINGNESS ! NOT about HAVINGNESS ! Thetans working as a team for theta. NOT $ extortion for MEST. To say dm is PTS middle class in an understatement. The fact that he's CAUSING others to be, is what's the truth. And ruining others lives as well. The appropriate justice gradient would be a guillotine awaiting him at the next event. And when he walks out onto the stage and wonders what that is doing there, a group of henchmen come out from behind the curtain and administer the procedure. You know, like "putting a head on a pike". Right in front of the entire audience. And he's then floating up above the audience, which is breaking out in a thunderous applause, and thinking "jeez man, I knew I'd pull this in before much longer, I just didn't know how..." :-)

Thanks Haydn. You mean this Ideal Org blow out is because Cruise whined about the Paris CC? Un&*%###ing believable!!!!! If you remember the old Mission Impossible series which I like better than the movies. "The Secretary will disavow any knowledge of your actions and this organization will self destruct...etc." Thanks Karen. Very enlightening. The words "vicious little parasite" comes to mind. After reading that.

In contrast to starving can't-pay-their rent staff members, this is how the Head of the "Church" of Scientology lives ~~ Living like a Saudi King on 501C3 ~ no Taxes Personal staff to treat Miscavige like a King around the clock 24/7/365 David Miscavige personal hairdresser David Miscavige personal makeup Artist David Miscavige Chef David Miscavige Chef for breads and desserts David Miscavige Valet David Miscavige Laundry in-charge David Miscavige Cleaner of personal residences David Miscavige Computer specialist David Miscavige personal communicator David Miscavige Chauffeur David Miscavige Secretary #1 and Secretary #2 David Miscavige Enforcer of "ETHICS" David Miscavige Enforcer of COMPLIANCE for orders David Miscavige Masseuse David Miscavige Typist #1, #2, #3. There is no free passage back andforth through the Guard Gates. Thanks to Marc Headley "Blown for Good" for the following ~~ And for Miscavige’s personal ground transportation? No expense spared. A $50,000 Acura RL for the Int Base. A $25,000 Mazda Miata. An $80,000 Range Rover. A $150,000 bulletproof GMC Van. A $25,000 custom-made motorcycle. A $110,000 BMW M6 bought for him by ASI staff for his birthday. Another $45,000 Acura to use then he’s in Clearwater. Most Sea Org Members don’t own a car, and if they do, it’s an old clunker they can’t afford the insurance on. Food? A personal chef who travels with him. Haircut? A personal stylist who travels with him. Laundry? Cleaning? Done by personal staff, who are paid 40 cents an hour. And if he wants to throw a birthday party to impress his friend Tom Cruise? No problem. Dave threw Tom a $250,000 party aboard Freewinds in 2004, and another $250,000 party in 2005. And the food, décor, music and entertainment were all put together by Sea Org Members, paid $50 a week. Dave needs a place to stay in LA when he’s in town? No problem, he purchased a $4,600,000.00 apartment complex.
Great Essay Haydn. Thank you. Janet Reitman book "Inside Scientology" excerpt p347 Scientology's Real Estate Portfolio. Since the early 2000s Scientology has been running a very profitable and building renovation scheme called the Ideal Org Program Indeed, according to numerous reports from within and outside the Church, Real Estate may now be Scientology's cash cow. Comparable model for Ideal org Program is Mcdonalds. One of the most successful Real Estate corporations in the Country. Mcdonalds earns most of its income , no from the sale of Big Macs, but from the money its franchise owners pay to rent their properties. Scientology has used this formula....from the International Landlord Office to purchase choice buildings around the world often through 3rd party corporations, and paying for them with cash, with IAS money raised from Scientology Parishioners End of quote. ####### It doesn't matter whether Parishioners are gouged and drained of their finances. It doesn't matter if Parishioners have been forced to take out 2nd and 3rd Trust Deeds and go into bankruptcy and foreclosure. It doesn't matter that the staff cannot live on staff pay and live in semi-poverty. The RENT of the property goes to RTC whether the Org makes any $$$$ or not. RTC $$$$$$ is guaranteed ! They are renting the property from the Church of Scientology International ! The hours, days, weeks, months, years of the vampire culture for $$$$$ for the local city to have an IDEAL ORG is a real Estate Scam for RTC to suck out monthly rent ! This is right off the top of "FP" Financial Planning whether any staff are paid, whether supplies are gotten, whether anyone other than DM's THUGS get their CUT. Note DM must continue to live like a Saudi Prince. See my earlier post on how the Miscavige lives. The leader of the fastest growing Religion of the 21st century !
