In a very forthright and well reasoned ruling Judge Waldrip correctly characterized the Church of Scientology as a BUSINESS.
Their 22 Lawyer legal team proved to be so deficient that they did not see this coming.
$1000 an hour A-list Lawyers blindsided.
The Law of un-intended consequences.
In a 25page ruling, Comal County Judge Dib Waldrip rejected Scientology's anti-SLAPP motion which had attempted to derail the harassment lawsuit of Texas resident Monique Rathbun.
